First steps...
Georgia took her first steps last night! She scooted to the edge of the last stair, put her feet down, and slowly stood up (she has done this before, and stood for several seconds at least). Then, to our surprise, she grinned hugely and took a step forward...and then another step! I think she got in about 3-4 steps before she dropped to a crawl. It was amazing, and she was grinning the entire time!!! Mommy and Daddy made a big fuss about it, of course, and she loved that. I haven't seen any similar stunts yet, but when I do, I will try to grab pictures or video footage. Till then...

Congratulations to her! Keep your eyes open, but don't necessarily expect it to happen super-soon. L took his first steps in late August, but he wasn't really "walking" 6-8 steps around the house until late Sept, and not going out and about until mid-late October. And BTW, she has now officially eaten more birthday cake in her life than L has in his. ::rolls eyes::
