Again, she is tall for her age, but obviously not starving! The doctor was very pleased with her development in size, motor skills, and vocabulary (not that Georgia displayed much of any of those--she has hit the age that is not too thrilled about the doctor). The only minor red flag is the fact that Miss G still does not like milk. However, if she is getting yogurt and/cheese daily, which she does and LOVES, she is fine. The doctor does like the fact that Georgia drinks water and not juice.
Just for fun, I thought I would post a short outline of Georgia's day, followed by some adorable pictures (feel free to scroll to the bottom for the pics):
7-7:30 a.m.--Georgia wakes up and hangs out with Mommy
8:00 a.m.--Family breakfast and devotion time. Georgia has taken to holding our hands when we pray, which is just too cute, and hopefully is teaching her that prayer is important
8:30 a.m.--Daddy leaves for work, and Georgia tells him "bye-bye!" Playtime for G
9:00 a.m.--Thirty minutes of Pack and play time for Georgia, which means shower time/housecleaning time for Mommy, then 'regular' playtime for Georgia
10:00 a.m.-nap for 1 hour or so. Get up and play until lunch
12:00 p.m.--lunch-Daddy's home!
1-3:00 p.m.--Free time for errands, visiting friends, playing outside
3:00 p.m.-Nap for 1-1 1/2 hours, get up and play a little
5:00 p.m.-Dinner, Daddy's home, night time routine begins
7:30 p.m.--Bedtime! As you can see, life is really hard for a 15 month old!
Check out Georgia's new fun food: toast with raspberry jam!
Oh no--do you think Georgia might be finding a new team??!!??

L didn't start drinking milk until just very recently (you could have knocked me over with a feather the day he insisted on having some and actually drank it!), and he still won't drink it at home (don't ask; I can't explain it). He also does not like yogurt or cheese (again, until recently, and even then, it is pretty much only on pizza). We were advised to give him calcium fortified orange juice (the only thing he drinks, besdies water) and Eggo waffles (also high in calcium, per our pediatrician). He only gets two glasses of juice a day (breakfast and after school), but that is enough with what he is getting from other sources. He is supposed to take a high calcium multivitamin and/or eat one of those chocolate calcium chews (Viactive and the like), but he refuses them. ::sigh:: Such are the woes of a parent! LOL Just wanted you to know she's not the only one.
i am pretty sure with a name like Georgia.. there will only be one team in her life :) not to mention her crazy hard core GA dad ha!
