Georgia has a funny, typical two year old habit of calling everyone a "she", especially her baby brother: "Is she okay? She's sad" etc. We have worked with her on concepts--Georgia is a girl, Baxter is a boy, Mommy is a girl, Daddy is a boy, yet. Sometimes it clicks, sometimes it doesn't.
Yesterday Georgia started talking about genders:
"Baby's a boy. Georgia's a girl. Daddy's not a girl, Daddy's a Daddy."
:-)
She finished with "Daddy's a boy!" but the "daddy's a daddy" observation was priceless.

"Daddy's a daddy." Yeah, that's about right. :-) But seriously, please make sure you work with her on it. L is *still* getting it wrong sometimes, though it is mainly with things like cats and dogs these days where it isn't "obvious" which is which. I'm still concerned he is going to really offend someone soon.
