Wake Forest Children's Parade 2010

An annual tradition in Wake Forest is the Children's Parade to celebrate the 4th of July. This year the parade was held on Monday, July 5, and I took G and B to participate in the fun. North Main Street was filled with kids on bikes, scooters, in wagons and strollers, and walking, and with plenty of parents to accompany them! I was greatly impressed with my big little girl, who walked the entire way beside Baxter's stroller. Georgia was worn out by the time we reached the end of the parade, but she was a trooper! The kids had a lot of fun walking, looking at all the different decorated bikes and wagons, and eating the cupcakes that were given away at the community house. Enjoy the pictures.
