Four years ago, we were anxiously awaiting the arrival of this sweet little boy, who decided to show up just before midnight (11:11 p.m.) on September 28, 2008. He is full of energy, full of snuggles, full of stubbornness and determination. He is our prince among the princesses, our blue in the tide of pink, our dirt and mud and wrestling and trucks and balls in the midst of sparkles and fairies. Baxter brings us great joy as he also reveals our greatest struggles in parenting. This delightful boy lights up our life, and we are so glad to be his parents! Today, he wanted to wear his "Chipper Jones" shirt, which is appropriate since the Braves had their Chipper Jones tribute this evening. Happy birthday Baxter Finn!
