I am thankful for the lovely fall weather we finally got to enjoy here in Wake Forest. It seemed like we went from hot summer to chilly winter with a cold front that came through (also known as Hurricane Sandy), and the beautiful fall weather that we so love here in NC didn't happen. Then on Friday, November 9 the weather warmed up to the high 60s/low 70s and we could not be outside enough! The sky was a stunning shade of blue--the prettiest I've seen in months!
Leaves had fallen, so Georgia asked for a rake so she could make a leaf pile....
And this is what they did in the pile of leaves--nothing like running and jumping into leaves for some fall fun!
Rolling in the leaves! Eleanor especially enjoyed throwing leaves and piling them on her head
Thankful for beautiful fall days, for fun in the sun, for leaves and jumping and quality time with your siblings!
