One month to go!
It is official. I have only a month until my due date. Time truly has flown by with this pregnancy, and it shows no sign of slowing down for me to catch up before Baxter arrives! I am on weekly doctor's appointments now, and everything still looks great. There are no indications that I will go into labor early, especially considering Georgia was 8 days late, but who knows what the Lord has in store? We appreciate your prayers as the day draws closer that we will meet our son!

I am still hoping to deliver on Labor Day too! Even if I don't, you are more than welcome to deliver on my due date- I won't mind. HA! The doc yesterday cracked me up. I told him about my silly concern of birthing a toddler and he said that my hips were wide enough and I was tall enough that he thought I could handle a toddler and so I shouldn't be worried! I was like, uhhh...we can still pray that he is on the small side of big though! It was kinda funny in a warped pregnancy sort of way. I am getting more and more energetic, so maybe this means something? Hmm...
aw, yay..for baby Baxter! i'm so sad I won't be there to see him!
Hey, Leah! I was so glad to find your blog (through Kimberly's, through Zinnada's...). I was in your state at this time last year- Caroline was born on Sept. 6 (over a week late, even though she was #4).
I've had fun looking around your blog... makes me miss Wake Forest and seminary life, and of course FBC Durham. Georgia is so beautiful. You look great, just like when you were expecting Georgia.
I look forward to keeping up with you through the blog. Keep us posted on Baxter's arrival...
Your friend,
Tami Ellison
Hey Leah, me again! All the talk about Mexican food made me want to eat again at our favorite mexican place in Wake Forest. We used to call it margauritas, but that isn't the right name. It's the one on the access road across from the Sleep Inn, by the karate place (near Food Lion). You should go there for me before Baxter is born. Order the chimichanga- you will not regret it. Our kids loved to eat there!
