I have not been reading at a fast pace this year by any means. However, I thought I would give an update on the books I am currently reading, just for fun. Will I finish these by the end of March? It is doubtful, but I will try. One of my commitments for the observance of Lent this year is to avoid reading novels during the Lenten season, and to focus more on books that will grow my faith and strengthen my walk with the Lord. Now, the problem that I run into is an embarrassing truth: if the books do not have a plot, I do not want to finish them as quickly :-) However, I have already been stretched by this commitment and I look forward to what more I will learn over the next couple of weeks leading up to Easter.
Books:
Loving the Way Jesus Loves (book by Phil Ryken on 1 Corinthians 13)

Audiobook:
Manhunt: the 12 Day Chase for Lincoln's Killer (Plot is obvious from the title:-)

40 days of Lent Readings, Leviticus in my "Year through the Bible plan"
Blog/Online Article:
100 Days of Real Food (making some changes in our diet and using this blog as a resource)
